Starkey is hiring for a Start Hearing Provider Relations Manager. This position is responsible for leading a team focused on growing and supporting the Start Hearing Provider Network, as well as manufacturer partner relationships. This role emphasizes network expansion, development, retention, and conversion through effective recruiting, education, and relationship management. The Manager ensures an exceptional provider and manufacturer partner experience by delivering consistent training, support, and communication to team members, as well as provider and manufacturer partners. By training and educating providers at every step, whether electronically, over the phone, or in person, this individual empowers providers to make informed decisions that maximize patient benefits, satisfaction, and outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS:



  • Management of Start Hearing Provider Network. Including recruiting and monitoring providers for compliance.
  • Management of Contracts for Special Networks: i.e. Audibel
  • Review patient referrals to clinics/providers to maximize performance, hence increasing conversion. KPI, developed and monitored ongoing to ensure maximizing revenue performance
  • Management of Rankings and Sell Arounds
  • Liaison with Starkey Sales team to ensure compliance and maximizing performance
  • Management of multi-manufacturing contracts, volumes, commitments, pricing, etc.
  • EDI and determine streamlined process for order entry
  • Review Provider Call Volume and develop tools for Providers
  • Management Provider Portal Adoption
  • Management of Provider Communication Network
  • Responsible for conducting webinar and training- sales teams, provider network and contracted partners, training could be groups and individuals
  • Management of Sell-Arounds and compliance to network access agreement
  • Collaborate with accounts/contracts on provider network requirements (audiology only, Medicare and Medicaid sanctions).
  • Review surveys and ensure testimonials are collected, positioning Start Hearing Provider Network over competitors.
  • Manage products and competitive overview in system and educational information.
  • Management of team members and meeting and exceeding KPI's related to the Start Haring provider network.
  • Collaborations with credentialing, call center and Start Hearing team.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • Education

    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 4 years' experience in lieu of degree


  • Experience

    • 5-7 years health industry or related experience
    • 3-5 years account, project or contract administration experience
    • 2-5 years of leadership experience




Knowledge / Technical Requirements



  • Health insurance industry, health plans, contracting and credentialing
  • Ability to comprehend technical product knowledge.
  • MS Office applications

The annual salary for this position is between $86,240 - $99,750 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
