JOB SUMMARY

The SAP Junior Consulting Intern will assist with several activities related the SAP Landscape and implementation project. This position will serve as a key member to help with the documentation of integrations and compliance, governance and matters related to security. The intern will also be a key contributor in the integration of other priority integrations and migrations of various systems.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and document current and future needs for SAP Integrations Use and learn ArchiMate and SAP Signavio to document SAP Architecture and Interfaces Assist in the identification of operational, financial and technological needs for the SAP integration strategy Provide administrative support to IT infrastructure team on all related integration, migration and implementation projects Work in partnership and assist IT leadership to address the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planning and executing projects, meeting project requirements, and creating project deliverables Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and completeness of requested documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on SAP integrations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Science Python Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP Signavio BPM
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education / Experience Actively enrolled and pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or technical discipline Preferred Education / Experience Certificate or Associate's degree in business administration or related technical discipline Some exposure or familiarity with SAP and/or system migration
