The Senior Manager, Networking Capital will play a pivotal role in driving Tenneco's financial strategy, with a primary focus on Net working capital management. This role will work closely with Senior Director and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance A/R efficiency, Inventory Management Strategy and AP optimization. Key Responsibilities Working Capital Management: - Lead the BU teams via various methods of Net Working Capital Management and Balance Sheet optimization. Monthly Cash Flow Forecasting: - Assist Senior Director in monthly cash flow forecasting targets by (1) Develop clear variance drivers and explanations (2) Develop models to conduct trend and seasonality analysis (3) Identify opportunities to improve cash flows. Leadership & Strategic Partnership: - Act as a trusted advisor to the corporate FP&A, providing insights and actionable recommendations on corporate finance strategies. Required Qualifications
