The Digital Data Privacy Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CCPM platform.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships."

RESPONSIBILITIES

IMPLEMENT & MONITOR DIGITAL PRIVACY SOLUTIONS



  • Implement and maintain cookie consent banner using a Consent Management Platform like OneTrust, TrustArc, Transcend, Cassie, or Securiti.io.
  • Classify and audit cookies and tracking technologies used across our digital properties - with a strong understanding of what these cookies are used for & how the data is leveraged internally or externally.
  • Monitor, audit, and ensure compliance of digital properties.
  • Add cookies to domains in the cookie management tool as requested.
  • Liaise with developers to ensure scripts are correctly blocked/allowed based on user consent


DATA PRIVACY GOVERNANCE & DOCUMENTATION



  • Maintain accurate consent records & documentation
  • Conduct regular testing to ensure cookie banner functions across all browsers & device types.
  • Develop a process to audit & remove cookies that are no longer required.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:



  • 4 Year College Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Digital/Ecomm, Cyber, or related field



KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:



  • 3-5 years of experience in digital/eCommerce, analytics, cyber security, product management, or other related experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
