As an Sr. IT Operations Manager, you'll lead a high performing, mission-critical team for a 24/7/365 customer. The Senior IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading IT service delivery, Network Operations, Server Operations support, systems maintenance. What you'll do: Work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements to the enterprise operations Develop, cultivate, and manage customer relationships. Plan and recommend improvements, modernization, or additional equipment to increase the capacity of service delivery Prepare executive-level reports that ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers What you'll need to succeed: 5 years of experience leading a team that does 24/7/365 Service Desk, Network Operations, and Server Operations. CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ITILv3 intermediate or expert level certifications. Knowledge providing on-call support to technical teams during unplanned outages and Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, VMWare, ManageEngine, and NeuralStar. Ability to effectively analyze, prioritize, organize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. Deep experience collaborating with other teams to solve problems within complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem with a high degree of trust and confidence.
