Responsibilities
As the DHR, you'll serve as a key partner to divisional leaders and a critical liaison to centralized HR teams, with responsibilities that include:
Driving strategic people initiatives aligned with business needs and growth Leading talent management efforts including workforce planning, performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development Providing expert guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies Championing inclusive, compliant, and equitable HR practices Coaching leaders on hiring, development, and performance management Managing and mentoring a high-performing HR team Collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and DEI teams to deliver holistic HR solutions
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably at the Director level Experience in a multi-site, multi-state environment Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance Proven ability to influence leaders and manage complex people initiatives Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, HRIS (UKG), SharePoint, and related tools Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred:
Healthcare and/or education industry experience PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification Predictive Index Licensed Analyst certification
Work Environment
Eligible for remote or hybrid work (must reside in EST or CST) May involve occasional on-site presence at Concorde campuses Safe, climate-controlled settings with student-facing engagement
