Provides appropriate Infectious Disease services to patients of the Corporation as may be appropriately presented to Physician for medical care Salem Hospital, a member of the prestigious Mass General Brigham health system, is seeking a per diem Infectious Disease Physician to provide consultative care and support inpatient services on an as-needed basis. This moonlighting opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to be part of a collaborative, high-quality care team at a leading community hospital just north of Boston. Position Highlights: Per diem role providing inpatient infectious disease consultations Flexible scheduling to provide coverage for vacations, weekends, and other gaps Collaborative care environment supported by hospitalists and specialty teams Access to academic resources and system-wide support through Mass General Brigham Competitive per diem compensation Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-certified or board-eligible in Infectious Disease Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Massachusetts Prior inpatient experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills About Salem Hospital: Located in Salem, Massachusetts, Salem Hospital is a 199-bed community hospital that serves the North Shore with advanced medical and surgical services.
