Training Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Training Specialist to join our Program Management Office (PMO) for the SAP S/4 HANA transformation program. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in project management within a global IT and business transformation initiative. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key program activities, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and alignment with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Training Models: Create user training models tailored to the specific needs of the SAP S/4 HANA program, focusing on End-to-End processes and assigned roles within the organization.

  • Plan and Coordinate Training Activities: Schedule, allocate resources, and manage logistics for both online and classroom training sessions.

  • Execute Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development for end users.

  • Track and Analyze Training Progress: Monitor training progress, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.

  • Manage Training Material Approval: Ensure training materials are approved by process owners and maintain training records for compliance purposes.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Identify training needs, create training content, and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide guidance and support to trainers and end users on SAP Enable Now and SAP S/4 HANA.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations related to training and user enablement within the SAP ecosystem.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or professional accreditations are desirable.

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly in the context of SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems - preferably based on GxP related process industries i.e. Pharma
  • Prior experience in conducting 'Train-the-Trainer' sessions tailored to diverse audiences and varying levels of expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Enable Now and SAP S/4 HANA, with a strong track record of leveraging these tools for training, development, and delivery.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.

  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in assessing training effectiveness through metrics and feedback analysis.

  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in training, instructional design, or SAP education would be advantageous.
