Position Overview:
The Enrollment Management Generalist summer position supports the University's enrollment and melt mitigation efforts by serving as a key point of contact for incoming students and their families. As a
Summer Tour Guide, you'll lead daily campus tours and assist with
Ram Rush and other Enrollment Management events-creating an engaging, informative, and friendly experience that builds excitement and confidence in our newest Rams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily campus tours for prospective and admitted students and their families.
- Represent the University at Ram Rush and other summer enrollment events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and responding to student inquiries.
- Assist with general office duties, including data entry, preparing materials, and organizing event logistics.
- Support outreach efforts through basic social media engagement, sharing important updates and promoting a positive campus image.
