We are seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives, drive security strategy execution, and ensure alignment between security teams and business objectives. You'll play a critical role in managing complex technical programs, enabling secure innovation, and fostering a strong security culture across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Program Management: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end cybersecurity programs including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, IT, legal, and compliance teams to align security efforts with company goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify security risks and drive mitigation strategies across infrastructure, cloud, application, and corporate environments.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, track program performance, and deliver executive-level reporting and updates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communication, ensuring clarity and accountability at every level.
  • Security Governance: Support development and implementation of security policies, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Agile Leadership: Apply Agile or Scrum methodologies to drive iterative progress and responsiveness in technical security projects.

What We Are Looking For:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2+ years in a cybersecurity or technical security environment (Role level will depend on experience and responsibilities)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and technologies
  • Experience managing programs across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • PMP, CISSP, CISM, or relevant certification
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, PCI-DSS)
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, SIEM tools, or identity and access management (IAM)

The salary range for this position is: $152,311.00 - $197,689.00 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
