Job Description
RRD's Campaign Manager I assists with managing multi-channel campaigns with high levels of personalization to build awareness, promote products and services, and drive lead generation. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to project manage the development, execution, and delivery of campaign workflows that translate to revenue. Responsibilities
- Understand and master ability to set up, execute, and optimize campaigns for client success.
- Develop campaigns with respect to the client experience and all phases of the buyer journey.
- Coordinates multi-channel marketing campaigns, including project management, channel execution, communication, and results.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaign initiatives and adjust programs to improve results.
- Tell the story behind successful campaigns initiatives, both how and why.
- Follow established workflows for the lifecycle of marketing programs, including creation, review, approval, distribution, analysis, optimization, and archival.
- Provide and analyze reports that measure performance.
- Proactively learn and seek opportunities to contribute on non-display products through ebbs and flows in business.
- Support and share ideas on innovative action plans to exploit and/or improve team outputs.
- Support efforts and contribute toward regular testing against department KPIs and how that impacts clients and vision of org and company.
- Use empowerment to handle operations first line of defense for issues on problematic campaigns - make sure critical issues are being addressed promptly/accurately and seek creative approaches to resolutions - escalate to management as necessary.
Qualifications
Education
- Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree with a Marketing or Business Focus.
Experience
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-3+ years of account/campaign management within the digital media industry, or similar relevant experience in digital advertising and/or client service operations.
Skills and Certifications
- Deep understanding of programmatic buying via DSPs, data management, audience targeting, DMPs, mobile, desktop, OTT/CTV, DOOH and Digital Audio.
- Experience with 3rd party tags, rich media, HTML, Javascript.
- Exposure to Atlassian/JIRA software and Microsoft Excel proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in discussing campaign optimizations and technical troubleshooting.
- Tremendous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills, both in design and delivery.
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in web-based tools, preference for experience in the Google Suite.
Additional Information
RRD's current salary range for this role is $67,800 to $105,800 / year. The salary range may be adjusted
based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the
future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency,
performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation
package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD's benefit
