Overall Purpose

This position manages multiple teams responsible for executing client data contribution work cases and projects for Early Warning's customers across all product lines or functions. This position will provide critical support to the Client Data Contribution team(s) in support of customer data contributions and ongoing data quality efforts. Act as primary representative between Product, Technology, Project Management and Customer Support in resolution of product related change and customer issues, quickly removing roadblocks and championing voice of the customer feedback for data contribution and data quality enhancements.

Essential Functions

  • Provides effective leadership in developing highly engaged, high-performance Teams.
  • Develop and utilize comprehensive reporting, dashboards, KPI/KRI metrics to manage volumes (demand vs. capacity) and timely completion. Manages trends and exceptions as necessary. Utilizes data to drive and influence decisions.
  • Works cross-functionally and acts as a point of escalation across the enterprise to identify, organize, and logically present solutions to significantly complex data contribution and/or data quality issues. Drive these issues to a satisfactory resolution for both the customer and EWS.
  • Subject matter expert for EWS products and related data contributions understanding the products, relative use cases, data requirements to include data lineage and lifecycle.
  • Evaluate end-to-end processes to ensure risks are identified and adequate controls are in place for efficiency, accuracy, and quality delivery and execution. Provide leadership in driving process and control improvements.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary training, tools, materials, skills, direction and support to work independently and properly execute on multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
  • Prioritize work, allocate resources through the utilization of demand vs. capacity metrics and reporting, evaluate project timelines, and ensure their needs are met. Develop and manage SLAs.
  • Manage complex customer issues, drive decisions to facilitate and clear roadblocks. Escalate and manage issues and negotiate compromises with other organization leaders and customers as needed. Proactively communicates risks and delays.
  • Supports leadership and cross-functional organization to operationalize work in support of strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and/ or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum ten (10) or more years of industry-specific experience in bank operations management, fraud/loss avoidance, risk management, identity management, and/or payments.
  • Minimum three (3) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success or ability to resource, build and retain highly engaged, high performing teams.
  • Proven Project Management experience which includes leadership skills required to manage multiple projects concurrently, and proficiency with prioritization, organization, problem solving skills and has strong analytical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and results.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively internally and externally at senior executive levels.
  • Exemplary organizational skills - successfully managing project portfolios and multiple pipelines of strategic / channel customers with proactive updates to core stakeholders
  • Deep Financial Services Industry Acumen - understands our customers / their use cases / how our products provide solutions
  • Intellectually Curious - seeks to expand knowledge base, retain and share broadly through communication or repositories
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Results driven to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
  • Experience in a customer facing role related to client onboarding and ongoing client relationship management helpful.
  • Proven experience in managing data related teams and background in data project management.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile approaches to project management
  • Professional services / consulting experience.
  • Six Sigma certification or training
  • Salesforce and/or TaskRay experience helpful.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The pay scale for this position in:

Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $125,000 - $145,000.

Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus, and benefits.
