The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the Pediatric pharmacy team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance in assigned areas. This position provides specialized support in areas designated by departmental leadership. This supervisor will coordinate and facilitate the onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training of new pharmacy technicians, ensuring consistency and high standards across practice areas. They will provide direct oversight for the Pediatric Pharmacy technician team, supporting their development, mentoring, and day-to-day workflow. Key responsibilities include managing scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll processes, supporting technician performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to all sterile compounding best practices and regulatory standards. The supervisor will collaborate closely with pharmacists, peers, and operational leadership to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant medication preparation and distribution processes across designated areas. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Watch our "Day in the Life" video. Salary Range: Minimum $27.05/hour - Maximum $47.35/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
