Position: Machine Operator II Location: Hartselle Wood Reels, Hartselle, AL Pay Rate: $20.95 /HR + .75 Shift Diff Shift: 2nd, 2p-10p Job Responsibilities: * Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Operate and monitor equipment during production. * Observe product quality and adjust as necessary to ensure final product meets customer specifications. * Accurately maintain records related to inventory, defective products, and waste material. * Monitor and manage supply levels to ensure continuous operation. * Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and maintain efficient workflow. * Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents. * Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on process improvements. * Maintain a positive attitude and cooperative mindset. * Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Previous manufacturing experience preferred. * Strong communication skills. * Detail-oriented mindset. * Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in basic computer operations. * Capability to read and comprehend written instructions/documents. * Experience working with hand tools and power equipment.
