The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr Program Manager for our Cloud Alliances business to oversee and manage cross-functional projects across our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams. This role is essential for building and maintaining our strategic partnerships and ensuring alignment across various internal functions to deliver high-impact partner programs. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.

What you'll do...

Program Management and Strategy Execution:



  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of alliance partner programs, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a structured roadmap for the execution of partner-driven initiatives across sales, product, marketing, and operations.


Cross-Functional Coordination:



  • Serve as the key point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, product, marketing, operations, and external partners.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure the alignment of partner solutions with product roadmaps and feature releases. Build launch readiness plans for key feature and product releases.
  • Partner with marketing teams to build go-to-market strategies, campaigns, sales plays and associated promotional materials that drive partner engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to streamline operational workflows and associated systems to facilitate partner program execution and reporting.
  • Build process and cadence to continuously review adherence to partner contractual obligations.


Partner Relationship Management and Reporting:



  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with alliance partners, ensuring both partner and company objectives are met.
  • Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to continuously improve the partner program and enhance the partner experience.:


  • Support alliance and operations teams on the preparation of regular reports to leadership on program performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.


Process Optimization:



  • Develop and implement best practices for managing partner programs and cross-functional workflows.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.


Who you are...



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the definition and management of technical implementation projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana or Azure DevOps
  • Extremely organized and a good multi-tasker, ability to prioritize based on partner needs and business impact
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Personable and easy to work with, builds relationships across the team and company
  • Clear, concise communicator
  • Experience working with product teams in technology or SaaS-based environments, preferred
  • Familiarity with alliance partner ecosystems and channel development, preferred
  • Agile or scrum master certifications helpful but not required, preferred
