Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) offers transportation services like FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less Than Truckload), brokerage, cross-border trucking, groupage, and sortation hubs, connecting Maersk or Customer warehouses or depots or cross-dock/consolidation/deconsolidation facilities through a robust network led by best-in-class operations and technology. This integrated network will service multi-channels like B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e-commerce, direct to store, dropship, returns, and more, leveraging asset-based, asset-light, and non-asset models.

Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in delivering / picking-up merchandise from vendors/customers.

Responsibilities:
* Prepares work schedules to ensure that sufficient shift personnel are available for workload demands.
* Reviews dispatch operations to identify technical and operational training needs and recommends operational improvements in coordination with Dispatch Manager.
* Assigns duties and examines work for conformance to policies and procedures.
* Prepares, reviews, and maintains reports, statistics, and records of all company drivers and Owner Operators.
* Establish and maintain communication with Dispatch Department.
* Identify and resolve any customer service issues as related to Driver Relations
* Evaluate Driver Relations programs; recommend /implement improvement plans.
* Conduct regular meetings with members of team, operations, and Senior Management to address operational status/needs.
* Position is full-time and on-site.
* Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Has oversight of Company Drivers.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field/position.
* Current driver's license.
* Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Must be familiar with DOT laws and regulations.
* Bilingual in Spanish.

Pay Range:

$73,000 - $75,000

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
