Are you prepared for an outstanding opportunity to join a world-class team at Adobe? As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing first-line approvals for our Deal approval process. You will be entrusted with analyzing and structuring sales transactions to accelerate deal closure while meeting Adobe's goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day contract creation and deal approval processes.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for Sales reps requiring non-standard deal structures.
  • Conduct first-line Controller reviews for all enterprise sales deals.
  • Meet with Sales teams to identify and address customers' critical business issues.
  • Communicate deal value through detailed business cases with various corporate partners, including Finance, Product Business Units, Professional Services, Legal, Licensing, Credit, Order Management, and Revenue Assurance.
  • Engage with customers during deal creation and negotiation processes.
  • Forecast deal status and provide updates to FP&A and executive sales management.
  • Ensure performance meets identified metrics and service levels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-tech or software industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex sales transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Sales teams and corporate partners.
  • Ability to strictly manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and diligent with a dedication to delivering flawless results.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $80,500 -- $147,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
