Department Summary The Office of Sponsored Programs, a department under the Division of Research and Innovation at UNTHSC, provides pre-award, post-award, and contract services to support faculty and other investigators while promoting compliance with federal and state agencies, private sponsor agreements, and UNTHSC research policies. Position Overview The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is seeking to hire a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing executive, administrative, and analytical support. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will perform clerical functions such as triaging information requests, preparing correspondence, managing the office calendar, responding to general inquiries, arranging conference calls, and meeting management. In addition to working closely with the leadership and the team members of the OSP, this position will also interact with other units within the Division of Research and Innovation as well as the UNTHSC Research Community and other administrative departments and/or external constituencies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
