We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Conover, North Carolina. The position will work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. This position does have the ability to work from home 1 day a week with supervisor approval and dependent on business needs. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in executing a broad range of HR responsibilities with a high degree of independence. This position requires strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures to effectively analyze situations and contribute to practical, strategic solutions. Collaboration with HR colleagues and business leaders is essential to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals. The HRBP helps foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture-one that supports employee engagement, development, and retention. This role requires experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, coaching, workplace investigations, and problem resolution. Proven ability to counsel team members and managers through complex situations is essential, along with the capability to evaluate talent selection and development programs for effectiveness and alignment with company values.This position contributes to making Haworth an employer of choice in the Conover/Hickory area by helping to shape a workplace where people thrive and business goals are achieved.
