Summary: The Director of Family Support Services provides administrative, operational, and financial leadership for the day-to-day operations of the departments and programs within Family Support Services; and collaborates with organizational leaders to develop and deploy initiatives that advance the patient and family experience, driving strategy towards the achievement of goals. Master's degree in Child Life, Child Development or related field 7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required Child Life Certification required
