Summary:

The Manager of ISA Applications is responsible for day to day management of assigned Application and Technical analysts for the support and optimization of an assigned set of applications and resources, in order to maintain appropriate functionality and performance utilizing established CCHCS methodologies. These applications include but are not limited to Home Health, Facilities, and Education etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: communication with vendors and customers, and IT resource management, including day-to-day assignments, workloads and schedules, prioritization of issues and tasks, and other administrative tasks such as performance reviews, interview/hiring processes, and budget preparation support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 5 years' work experience in an IT management supervisor/lead level position OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years' work experience in a management supervisor/lead level plus 5 years' experience in Information Technology.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management a plus.
  • Healthcare application support experience strongly desired.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

  • Health Care Business Applications experience preferred.
  • ITIL foundation certification is a plus
