Responsibilities: Participate in Financial Due Diligence, accounting advisory, transaction tax, risk consulting, and treasury services for corporate and Private Equity clients. Perform legal entity optimization, Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), charts of accounts, shared services, and Day 1 Readiness tasks. Design process flows for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record to- Report processes. Conduct financial analyses for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and carve-outs. Perform finance function benchmarking analysis. Develop Finance Target Operating Models. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Developing Finance Target Operating Models; reviewing legal entity optimization, Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), Charts-of -Accounts, and Day 1 Readiness plans; designing process flows for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes; and conducting financial analyses for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and carve-outs. Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 40% travel to various domestic locations per business need.
