Direct Hire (NO CONTRACT) MUST BE ONSITE NEAR MONROE, WA *Description* As our new Talent Business Partner, you'll serve as the "face of HR," playing a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent to support our continued growth. You'll work directly with hiring managers to understand business needs and guide the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and engagement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys building strong relationships across the organization and within our community. You're an HR professional who loves to recruit, rather than a dedicated talent acquisition specialist. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 3+ years of experience in Human Resources * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and exercise discretion and good judgment * Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills * Proven success sourcing, qualifying, and hiring top talent * Professional, structured approach to interviewing and hiring * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS systems * Solid understanding of Washington State and U.S. employment laws; comfortable seeking out information for other states as needed, to support remote staff * Comfort with public speaking and a working knowledge of training methods * Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred) * HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar), or willingness to obtain certification *Work Environment* Fully onsite until training is complete and then can move to hybrid. (Monroe, WA) 2/3 days Hybrid schedule - days to be determined in conjunction with manager 8-4:30 M-F with some evenings and weekends for hiring events and/or support 24/7 operating team.
