Key Responsibilities
* Program Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residency and fellowship programs, ensuring compliance with CODA, ABOMS, and hospital policies. * Accreditation & Compliance: Prepare documentation and support readiness for CODA site visits and internal reviews. Track licensing, duty hours, CRICO extensions, and credentialing. * Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate application processes, interviews, and onboarding-including visa processing and credentialing for incoming trainees and visiting rotators. * Scheduling & Coordination: Manage rotation schedules across partner institutions, set up financial arrangements, and coordinate MGH credentialing for external trainees. * Program Support & Communication: Maintain program manuals, communicate policy updates, and support quality and safety initiatives. Serve as a key liaison to program directors and administrative teams. * Evaluation & Reporting: Manage evaluation processes for residents, faculty, and rotations. Complete national and hospital surveys and provide data to external agencies as needed. * Event & Conference Planning: Organize departmental events (e.g., orientation, holiday parties) and schedule educational conferences such as Grand Rounds and Didactics. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance cost-effectiveness, and support long-term planning and policy development.
