Execute internal auditengagements in line with firm risk management practices. Design and developrisk assessments, annual audit plans, audit programs, working papers, internalaudit reports, and other deliverables based on specific engagement requirements.Establish financial services and internal audit knowledge through sharing andparticipation in the continual development and publication of audit thoughtleadership and service offerings. Conduct internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley reviews, risk assessments,Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and maturity assessments for clients. Developand maintain professional relationships between audit and risk clients, andKPMG engagement and project teams, to provide well-coordinated and consistenthigh-performance results. Serve as a liaison between development servicesclients and upper management. Demonstrate in-depth technical auditingknowledge. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintainclient relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must havea Master'sdegree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor'sdegree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related workexperience.

Ofthe required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following:Consulting, auditing, and risk management related to assurance, controls, andcorporate compliance; Identifying control issues and financial and operationalrisks within business processes; Risk, controls, accounting, and informationtechnology operations; Performing internal or external audits; and U.S.Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley, Committee ofSponsoring Organizations (COSO), or Control Objectives for InformationTechnology (COBIT) control frameworks.

Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. requiredup to 80%.

Travel to various international locationsrequired up to 20%.

SALARY RANGE: $142,646- $181,500 per year
