Senior Manufacturing Manager - Dental Manufacturing Expertise Required Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader with a strong background in the dental industry? Location: 58515 Miralani Dr, San Diego, CA 92126 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility Required) About the Role: As a Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee daily operations in our high-volume, low-automation manufacturing environment. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the production of high-quality dental products while driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage manufacturing operations to meet production goals and quality standards. Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations and ISO 13485 standards. Mentor, coach and develop team leaders and frontline staff to build high-performing teams. Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous process improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide operational goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in the dental industry. 7+ years of leadership experience in a light manufacturing or assembly environment. Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, cGMP, and medical device regulations. Proven success in managing multi-shift operations and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 820, CMDR, MDR, and other global dental/medical regulations. Experience developing and enforcing SOPs and Work Instructions. Subject matter expertise for internal and external audits. Why Join Argen?
