Summary

The Director of Express Implementation Support within the Architect Factory is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution implementation process to both internal and external (partner) implementation teams. This role will serve as first level of triage for Implementation teams during the delivery of projects involving Express Solutions. In addition, this role will support Sales and Implementation teams in evaluation and scoping efforts, as requested.

The Director will monitor progress of ongoing Express implementations and track any issues being experienced by Implementation teams. This role will be responsible for collaborating with and serving as intermediary to other teams within the OneStream ecosystem to provide necessary solutions, to include the Solution Network Development, Documentation and Education/Training teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to comprehend complex business and technical requirements, and a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Responsible for first-level triage of Implementation Support to OneStream Services and Partner Implementation teams during delivery of Express Solutions, to include:

    • Participate, as requested, in design meetings/workshops or review of designs.
    • Review and ratification of designs/builds.
    • Regular and proactive support of Express Solution build.
    • Other ad-hoc assistance to Services and Partners, as requested.


  • Responsible for advanced support to Customer Support and Remote Consulting organization team members with triage of issues as they pertain to Express Solutions.
  • Serve as primary liaison to Solution Network Development team to address:

    • Issues being experienced by internal or partner implementation teams.
    • Ratification of new features being requested and/or developed.
    • Participation in testing of new features.


  • Participate in OneStream events to highlight current and new Express Solutions, such as:

    • Splash and WAVE Summit, as appropriate.
    • Other ad-hoc or regional events.


  • Participate in OneStream knowledge/best practices/documentation development and dissemination:

    • Ensure Express Solution documentation and implementation materials are accurate and maintained.
    • Participate in the development of updates to GES materials as they pertain to Express Solutions.
    • Monitoring OneCommunity forum.
    • Knowledge Base article authoring.





Required Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Development, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in CPM or ERP software implementations or development.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Understanding of financial concepts (financial statements).
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office, including MS Project.
  • Exhibits critical thinking and an analytical background.


Preferred Education and Experience



  • Master's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • SQL and object-oriented (VB.Net, C#) coding experience.
  • Prior experience with any of the following products:



    • OneStream
    • SAP Outlooksoft BPC
    • SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
    • HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
    • FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream
    • Hyperion Planning
    • Hyperion Essbase
    • IBM Cognos
    • Or other EPM solutions
