Position Overview In addition to providing contract administration and ensuring compliance with all requirements of the Agreement, the Assistant Contract Manager assists in overseeing and managing all security personnel and operations and performs all relevant duties as assigned by the Contract Manager. Candidates should expect to put in long hours and significant effort during the first 60 to 90 days to launch and stabilize the program. Once established, the role will transition into a more stable, day-to-day operational rhythm. Compensation/Pay Transparency $125,000/year Responsibilities

Working Conditions Work is typically in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions and long periods of sitting, standing, or walking. Extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required. Subject to outdoor conditions, high noise levels (including gunfire), and physical hazards such as proximity to moving parts, vehicles, electrical current, extreme temperatures, or chemicals. Physical Requirements Heavy work: Exerting up to 200 pounds of force on rare occasion, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects. May be required to be fitted for and/or wear a respirator. Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb stairs or ladders, walk inclines, and traverse uneven terrain. Must meet all physical and psychological standards required by the contract. Travel may be required. -
