Job Title Sr. Reliability & Mechanical Integrity EngineerRequisition JR000015021 Sr. Reliability & Mechanical Integrity Engineer (Open)Location Raleigh, NCAdditional Locations Job Description Summary SUMMARY OF POSITION:The senior reliability engineer is a recognized technical leader that is knowledgeable in the sites rotating equipment. He/she provides technical resources and support functions to the maintenance department, manages the predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance of the rotating plant equipment. Ensures all maintenance activities adhere to regulatory and industry standards. Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education required/ preferred: Experience: Preferred Skills/Qualifications: B.S. in mechanical or chemical engineering. 5+ years of plant engineering or maintenance/reliability engineering experience. Experience in creating, maintaining, and updating multiple project documents in a complex project environment Extensive knowledge in design and failure analysis for bearings, shafts, gears, lubricants, and other standard industrial manufacturing equipment - required. Troubleshooting skills are a must, particularly of mechanical systems. Root cause failure analysis experience required. CMRP or similar certification highly preferred. Ability to read, comprehend, and analyze oil analysis reports, vibration reports, infrared surveys, and ultra sound routes are highly preferred Proven experience in leading teams, groups or efforts relating to processes and equipment Knowledgeable with Process Safety Management (PSM), including process safety information, equipment design in accordance with RAGAGEP, Mechanical Integrity, and Management of Change, etc. Experience working with enterprise CMMS software, preferably Maximo Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Exceptional written and oral communication skills Demonstrate initiative and ability to perform alone and as part of a team. Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and equipment Ability to read and create CAD drawings including mechanical, electrical, and Process and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE:
