Our Client is seeking a Talent Aquisition Recruiter who can work onsite weekly in Bartlesville, Oklahoma performing the following tasks: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regulations. Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics. Serve as a talent advisor for assigned business units, providing recommendations and managing expectations. Apply creative approaches to identify critical talent and develop candidate pipelines. Interact in a consultative manner with individuals at all levels within the organization, persuading and influencing key decision-makers. Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and recruiting-related projects simultaneously. Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics. Required Qualifications:* 3 or more years of recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting providing full cycle recruiting as a talent advisor for assigned business units, providing recommendations, and managing expectations. Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract qualified talent. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint. High School Diploma/GED or higher. Serve as a talent advisor for assigned business units, providing recommendations and managing expectations. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment, post-offer background check and drug test. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
