Job Summary:

This is an Inside Sales & Service - Parts position based out of the Puyallup, WA Customer Center. The role includes sales support from the time of inquiry to delivery, which requires parts identification, quoting, order confirmation/purchase order receipt, pricing, order processing, expediting, and problem solving. As the ISS Representative becomes more experienced, he/she is able to continue to support the outside sales force with more depth in lead generation, market intelligence, and contact with current customers.?For the most experienced, they may be assigned to Special Projects, which require hands-on supervision of highly complex orders or those that require significant coordination with external entities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer requests to drive sales of compressed air products, services, and parts.
  • Assist with parts identification, generate quotes, and ensure smooth transition from quote to order.
  • Manage orders to meet delivery schedules and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure error-free order processing.
  • Oversee outside purchases and transportation costs efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations; operate forklift as needed.
  • Maintain organized documentation to support customer inquiries and internal processes.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and conduct research as requested.



Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications required; ability to navigate internal software programs will be needed after hire
  • This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and or move 40+ lbs

Preferences:

  • Associates Degree or higher
  • SalesForce experience
  • Forklift certification a plus, but not required (we'll certify you!)



Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

  • This position will be based in Puyallup, WA and may travel occasionally within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5-10%).



Pay Range:

The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is 65,000-85,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
