Staffmark is hiring a Shipping Clerk for a 6-month assignment in Cincinnati, OH with a groundbreaking company at the forefront of diagnostic technologies. Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Temporary (6-month assignment)

Your Daily Impact

• Pick, pack, and process all outbound shipments with speed and accuracy
• Compare shipment details with bills of lading, invoices, and orders to verify accuracy
• Prepare and document domestic and international shipping, including hazardous materials
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently
• Palletize, shrink-wrap, and load products for delivery
• Stock finished goods in proper storage conditions (including coolers)
• Maintain shipping records and cycle count inventory
• Comply with FDA, QSR, and ISO regulations and internal procedures
• Work in refrigerated environments (2-8C) as needed
• Perform additional warehouse tasks and support weekend/overtime shifts as required

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior warehouse/shipping experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred
• Forklift and order picker certification required (or willingness to become certified)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Experience with MAPICS or other inventory systems a plus
• Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, and thrive under pressure
• Willingness to package hazardous materials and wear required PPE
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
