Staffmark is hiring a full-time Assembler for a leading manufacturer in Warsaw, IN-a company known for crafting durable, high-performance tools trusted by professionals nationwide. Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $12.50 + $2.50 attendance bonus = $15.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

What You'll Do

• Read and follow assembly instructions to prepare and complete production tasks
• Assemble components by verifying proper fit and connection
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with safety regulations
• Use equipment and supplies efficiently to conserve resources
• Operate computers to access and close out work orders
• Assist in warehouse tasks including operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers (training available)
• Support your team with a positive, collaborative attitude

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates are welcome-no prior experience is required
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 25-45 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills and a solid work ethic
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and team success
