Staffmark is hiring a Reach Truck Operator in Kyle, TX for a high-tech supply chain company that's known for excellence in automotive and industrial logistics. Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift

Training: Mandatory one-day orientation from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp to hire

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck (Raymond or Crown models) with precision and safety
• Follow replenishment assignments using Zebra RF scanning guns
• Decant and transfer products to designated rack locations, removing all shrink wrap, straps, and bands
• Scan and label inventory accurately to maintain location integrity
• Reprint and apply new labels to damaged or missing labels as needed
• Escalate supplier non-compliance issues to leads or supervisors
• Assist with rack WIP put-away during low task volume periods
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended shifts

What You'll Need to Succeed

• At least 1 year of stand-up reach truck experience-preferably with Raymond or Crown equipment
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Familiarity with RF scanning devices (Zebra guns)
• Team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, reach, and move safely for full shifts
