Service Tech, Onsite Endoscopic Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Service Tech to provide on-site support for our medical devices, including hand instruments and video equipment, to healthcare clients. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Room teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on OR1 systems and equipment
• Provide in-service training to clients on system use, care, and handling
• Manage repair and replacement expenses within budget
• Troubleshoot video and instrument issues in the O.R.
• Inspect and maintain instrument functionality
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills to support OR1 integration products and advancements in instrumentation and equipment

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of relevant work experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent written and spoken English language business communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or relevant certifications (CRCST or similar)
• Working knowledge of AV programming, system design, and image routing
• Experience with hospital-based Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR)
• Experience with major AV manufacturers' components
