WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

As a Manufacturing Electrical Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical systems and components within the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications will play a critical role in maintaining high standards for our organization.

  • Inspection and Verification: Verify dimensions and processes against manufacturing drawings and/or specifications
  • Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO requirements). Perform visual inspections to identify defects or discrepancies
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly and meet safety standards 1. Identify and diagnose electrical problems using various testing devices
  • Documentation: Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation Document inspection and test data, such as equipment condition, test results, and recommendations for further action
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and assist other inspectors as required Work with electrical engineers and other professionals to discuss inspections and resolve any issues found
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor quality control procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to management Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical codes, technology, and trends Add up to 6-8 key and/or strategic responsibilities of what someone will do in this position
YOU HAVE:
  • Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with quality control processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and reading blueprints
