Join Our Team as an Oncology Nurse Navigator - Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Are you passionate about guiding patients through some of the most critical moments in their healthcare journey? At the heart of our Clinical Navigation Team, Oncology Nurse Navigators are trusted allies and advocates for individuals facing cancer. These experienced oncology nurses use their clinical expertise to provide personalized support, breaking down barriers and helping patients, families, and caregivers navigate the complex healthcare system with confidence and compassion.

As a vital member of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, financial counselors, and patient access coordinators to ensure seamless, coordinated, and compassionate care-from diagnosis through survivorship.

You won't do this alone. You'll be supported by Patient Access Coordinators, administrative professionals skilled in logistics and customer service, allowing you to focus on what matters most: providing high-touch, individualized care and building lasting trust with your patients.

Together, we are committed to delivering a healthcare experience that's not only high quality and efficient-but deeply human.
