About the Role: We are seeking a qualified Task Order Project Manager to oversee large, complex task orders in support of a federal program. This individual will work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), task order-level managers, and other government stakeholders to ensure effective execution of contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical acumen, and project management skills to deliver high-quality results within schedule and budget.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:



  • Serve as the project manager for large and complex task orders under the direction of the Program Manager.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned task orders, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions and contract deliverables.
  • Interface regularly with the Government KO, COR, Task Order Managers, and customer agency representatives to ensure clear communication and alignment of priorities.
  • Monitor task order performance, address risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, schedules, and reports.
  • Support proposal development and task order planning activities when required.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.


Experience Requirements:



  • Five (5) years of project management or related experience in IT and/or consulting with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience in the public or private sector.
  • Five (5) years of experience in contingency contracting and/or with contingency tools.


Education Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) or an additional four (4) years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.


Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:



  • Must hold a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or other equivalent, nationally recognized certification).


Other Required Skills & Abilities:



  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Microsoft Project.

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
