Strong technical skill level working in a Cisco environment monitoring and maintaining the network for the State of Arizona. Works with service providers and customer resources to troubleshoot and resolve outage events as well as making changes to router and switch configurations per customer requests. Position is fully Work From Home/office with requirements to dispatch to customer locations as necessary and facilitate On-Call rotations. The Main Responsibilities

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
