Job Summary As an Landscape Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our field specialists to deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers while applying your expertise to ensure the health and well-being of each client's landscape. Your focus will be on developing, growing, and supporting your assigned sales territory. You'll spend time with clients diagnosing and monitoring landscapes, estimating jobs, and providing quotes for various types of landscape work. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of the properties you serve.

We're seeking dedicated, motivated individuals who want to grow with us. *Lead Landscape Specialist : * A Landscape Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor spaces, including planting, pruning, and pest control, as well as ensuring the overall health and aesthetic appeal of landscapes. They may also be involved in selling landscape design, installation, and construction, and may work on a variety of projects from residential gardens to large public spaces. *Key responsibilities: * * Create enhancements sales opportunities and assist sales with site visits to help plan/build proposals. * Assist with crew set-up and project scope oversight * Assist with inventory tracking * Help solve general production challenges * New Install layout * Creating maintenance sales opportunities * Customer relations * Job costing * Business development *Skills and Education:* * Knowledge of ornamental horticulture * Ability to operate heavy and small equipment * Plant identification * Communication skills and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail * Problem solving skills * Physical stamina. | |
