The Role

You will lead a North America Regional Enterprise expansion sales team comprised of sales professionals who maintain a high-quality pipeline and successfully achieve sales and revenue targets. The team boosts sales order values and the lifetime value of enterprise customers primarily through cross-selling prioritized products and services and sales-driven upgrading of existing products through a consultative sales approach identifying and solutioning enterprise customers' strategic goals, and business problems. The focus is on existing accounts in our Mid-Market Space.

Location

This is a Hybrid position that allows work from him when not in team or client meetings. The ideal candidate lives wihtin commuting distanve to either our Houston or Dallas Office.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire and mentor Account Management Professionals (6-8 Direct Reports)
  • Hires and retains the right talent in the right roles, sets goals, delegates work, holds reports accountable, develops, and empowers others to make decisions and act.
  • Formulates account strategies to grow the business and the relationships within accounts for complementary technology solutions.
  • Builds a high-performance team.
  • Demonstrates Company's values, maintains a positive open demeanor, encourages different points of view, moves team forward through change, provides timely information, communicates context for business decisions.
  • Recognizes accomplishments and fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develops and maintains account plans and detailed financial forecasts. Conducts accurate sales forecasts and achieves sales targets.
  • Budget Management
  • Owns several key sales support processes which may include opportunity and forecast management, the overall sales process, territory/customer-prospect module management and sales certification.
  • Supports and develops initiatives across sales and the company primarily focused on sales productivity and efficiency.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Eight years of relevant job experience with similar essential duties.
  • Demonstrated sales management experience in telco/enterprise sales and Successful sales leadership experience.
  • A track record for consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Proven ability to hire, manage, mentor, and motivate successful, solution-oriented sales teams.
  • Strong record in developing and assigning geographic territories and customer/prospect modules.
  • consultative sales techniques and account planning (including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long-range account management strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience required.
  • Strategic planning, account management and contract negotiations skills
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$136,437 - $181,913 in these states: TX.
