Agfa HealthCare Corporation's Carlstadt, NJ, office seeks a Sr. Customer Support Specialist, Tier 2. This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States to consult with users to provide second-tier advanced technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to Agfa Enterprise Imaging platform and Impax solutions. Will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service requests/complaints in a timely manner; performing root cause analysis; developing checklists for typical problems and recommending procedures and controls for problem prevention.

Must have five (5) years of experience in a related position.

Experience must include five (5) years working with: (i) global Imaging IT software business and customers; (ii) IT-Infrastructure solutions (such as Oracle and SQL Server database solutions, different operating systems such as Linux/Solaris and Windows Servier, server landscape); (iii) radiology software products for worldwide production lines, such as the most recent version of Enterprise Imaging platform and the legacy IMPAX solutions, which include IMPAX (radiology information system); and (iv) PACS, HIS, RIS or EMR products, and hospital workflow.

Experience can be concurrent.

This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of $93,627 per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, discretionary days, and sick leave.
