Overview We are seeking a Public Safety Officer, sometimes referred to as a Hospital Security Officer or Healthcare Security Officer. The Public Safety Officer will perform a range of security duties including electronic surveillance and routine manual patrols to ensure the safety of the facility. The Public Safety Officer will coordinate responses to incidents involving patients, staff, and visitors while enforcing policies and procedures fairly and consistently. The Public Safety Officer will collaborate with the Environment of Care Committee to support a multidisciplinary approach to safety and security at our hospital. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed. Shift's Available: Overnight and Weekends Employment Type: Per Diem Hours: 11:30pm - 8:00am (During the week), 11:30pm - 12:00pm (Weekends) Location: Dallas Regional Medical Center - Mesquite, TX Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare: Competitive compensation

State Guard Certification Registration Card 3. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Facility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below): 1.
