The position involves partnering closely with the broader Corporate Strategy and Development organization and the enterprise at large to lead growth-focused initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered with high quality and on schedule. This developmental role provides the candidate with an opportunity to gain additional experience working directly with senior leadership across Sales, Product and Partner Management, Finance, Technology, Sales Operations, and Marketing, preparing them for increasing responsibility and future roles in the organization. What you'll do
- Lead and manage the delivery and coordination of complex projects or programs prioritized in alignment with stakeholders' expectations and business needs. Initiatives will focus on driving organic growth via Sales acceleration and Partner enablement.
- Design and codify go-to-market processes for CDW, establishing these processes as a basis for driving continuous improvement.
- Communicate project scope, goals and responsibilities to project teams; support alignment of stakeholder expectations and requirements of varying degrees of complexity.
- Organize function and project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication, ensuring completion of the initiatives and activities on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Lead, participate in, or contribute to one or more special projects under strategy, corporate development, analytics, or business transformation areas. These projects tend to be time sensitive with high visibility and/or high impact areas with varying degrees of complexity that require creative thinking, collaboration and problem solving.
- Implement initiatives and programs for the group and for enterprise processes for which this group is responsible and accountable.
- Lead research on emerging technology platforms and implementation as needed.
- Travel as required (<10%)
What we expect of you
- Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years increasing responsibility across one or more functions including Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy Consulting, Product Management OR
- 9+ years increasing responsibility across one or more functions including Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy Consulting, Product Management
- Experience making an impact in complex and visible engagements and projects with multiple stakeholders at the leadership level
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet urgent deadlines
- Detail-oriented and analytical with problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity is an expectation
- Interest in learning about and implementing emerging technology (e.g., Generative AI) is key
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
- Agile, flexible, and open-minded
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and ability to mediate between parties
- Deep experience in Microsoft Office Suite: 365, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
