Sr. Manager, ECPMO Enterprise Strategic Planning
The Sr. Manager, ECPMO Enterprise Strategic Planning plays a critical role in managing and maintaining portfolio oversight within the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECPMO). Reporting to the Enterprise Strategic Planning Director, this role is responsible for updating systems of record, compiling Executive Committee (EC) reports, and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure strategic initiatives align with enterprise goals.
The Sr. Manager will work with Director and manage a team to prepare presentations for the Executive Committee (EC) to create transparency in the change portfolio allowing leaders to make decisions aligning to the strategic goals. Materials will include prioritization, analysis, recommendations, and financials in partnership with Finance.
Position Responsibilities:
Portfolio Governance & Compliance
- Maintain and update systems of record to ensure accurate and real-time portfolio data.
- Compile and distribute the Executive Committee (EC) Report, ensuring clarity and precision in reporting key portfolio metrics.
- Track and manage OKR progress, providing insights into performance against strategic goals.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and audit trails for all portfolio decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, providing clear insights on portfolio health, risk exposure, and regulatory compliance gaps.
Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and compliance teams to ensure all initiatives meet legal and financial reporting standards. Lead executive portfolio review meetings to discuss progress, risks, and strategic pivots in response to market changes.
Financial Oversight & Resource Management
- Provide financial oversight of projects and programs, ensuring budget adherence, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment (ROI) tracking.
- Collaborate with finance teams to monitor capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx) within the project portfolio.
- Optimize resource allocation across strategic initiatives to maximize efficiency and business impact.
- Forecast financial and resource needs to support digital banking transformation initiatives, mergers, and regulatory projects.
Advanced Reporting and Change Management
- Develop reporting dashboards and other analytical tools to track project health, ROI, and expenditures within the project portfolio.
- Leverage data visualization tools and reporting software to generate executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Track and manage enterprise OKRs tied to bank growth, digital banking expansion, customer retention, and operational resilience.
- Lead change management efforts for major bank-wide transformation projects, ensuring smooth adoption of new banking technologies and processes.
- Partner with C-suite leaders, risk officers, IT security teams, and compliance departments to manage enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Leadership
- Direct managerial and HR responsibilities and team development for direct reports
Assign and prioritize tasks, projects and activities. - Ensures that the team adheres to approved procedure methodologies, communication standards, and process design principles.
- Manage and develop team cultivating a spirit of one team with shared goals and objectives.
- Select, motivate, and retain high performing talent.
- Provide on-going feedback to maximize overall performance.

Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or High School/GED With 6 years of Business Strategy, Change and/or Project Management experience
- 8 years of Project Management experience. Financial Services experience in regulatory environment and/or banking preferred
- 8 years of experience managing through influence and persuasion with key stakeholders across an enterprise
- 6 years of experience working with leadership to manage strategic planning frameworks and processes
- 6 years of experience developing analytical reports and dashboards
- 6 years of experience providing strategic insight, analytics, and assessment of transformation initiatives
- 6 years of experience organizing data in a succinct way along with the ability to stage and summarize data and create useful data visualization presentations
- 5 years of experience managing others including leading and motivating diverse teams
- 5 years of experience in Financial Services in a regulatory environment and/or banking preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- SPP (Strategic Planning Professional) preferred
- Project Management (PMP) Certified preferred
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, this position includes both onsite and remote work.
