Job Description We are seeking a dedicated professional to support and guide staff in a dynamic healthcare access environment. This role involves: * Providing ongoing mentoring, training, and daily support to both new and existing team members, and assisting with resolution of escalated concerns. * Contributing to strategic planning for key areas of the registration process, including inpatient and outpatient services, emergency care, and clinic operations. * Promoting a high level of customer service by supporting staff in addressing and resolving service-related issues. * Upholding and reinforcing departmental policies and procedures, and assisting with the creation and implementation of new practices in line with organizational guidelines. * Monitoring daily workflows and producing performance reports, with responsibility for specialized projects and data analysis as needed. * Assisting with front-line duties within patient access operations as required. * Collaborating with leadership to ensure that team objectives and service goals are consistently met. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred * Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare, insurance, or similar setting * At least 5 years of patient access experience strongly preferred * Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.03 - $23.79/hr.
