*Job Description*
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support and guide staff in a dynamic healthcare access environment. This role involves: * *Providing ongoing mentoring, training, and daily support* to both new and existing team members, and assisting with resolution of escalated concerns. * *Contributing to strategic planning* for key areas of the registration process, including inpatient and outpatient services, emergency care, and clinic operations. * *Promoting a high level of customer service* by supporting staff in addressing and resolving service-related issues. * *Upholding and reinforcing departmental policies and procedures*, and assisting with the creation and implementation of new practices in line with organizational guidelines. * *Monitoring daily workflows and producing performance reports*, with responsibility for specialized projects and data analysis as needed. * *Assisting with front-line duties* within patient access operations as required. * *Collaborating with leadership* to ensure that team objectives and service goals are consistently met. *Qualifications* * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred * Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare, insurance, or similar setting * At least 5 years of patient access experience strongly preferred * Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.03 - $23.79/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
