Warehouse Operator - Power the Flow of Global Logistics Location: Tuscon, AZ Pay: $20-$25/hour (DOE) Join World Kinect, a global leader in energy logistics, as a Warehouse Operator and become an essential part of our fuel and lubricant delivery operations. In this hands-on, safety-critical role, you'll ensure products are received, organized, and prepped for delivery with precision and care-supporting a seamless supply chain that keeps industries moving. What You'll Do Inbound Stock Management Receive and document inbound deliveries accurately and promptly Maintain clean, organized storage areas to ensure product integrity Inventory Control Conduct monthly physical inventory of bulk and packaged products Assist with reconciliation and inventory control procedures Delivery Preparation Load delivery trucks efficiently based on dispatch and route plans Verify truck loads against bills of lading and ensure driver sign-off Facility & Equipment Maintenance Support facility inspections and minor maintenance tasks Inspect equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, totes) for wear or damage Report and assist with spill clean-up as needed Additional Responsibilities Drive company vehicles (non-CDL) for pickups/deliveries with proper training Perform rail car or transport truck offloads (with full training and qualification) Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies Take on other duties as assigned Special Considerations Physical role requiring lifting, maneuvering barrels, and working in varied conditions Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to temperature extremes May involve working from heights with fall protection equipment Drug testing required for non-DOT safety-critical roles What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Forklift certification (preferred) Class B CDL (desired) Prior warehouse/materials handling experience (required) Lubricant handling experience (preferred) Why World Kinect?
