About the Role

The Database Analyst reports to the Operations Manager or Supervisor at ACRT Inc. This position will play a key role in tracking data within the vegetation management software. This position requires a high degree of organization and excellent attention to detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Documentation Organization and Maintenance

  • Monitor tree ticket database for stages. Example Received from customer, reviewed, disposition result, etc.
  • Monitor tree ticket database to ensure timelines are being kept.
  • Monitor circuit maintenance work for current completion and stages.
  • Monitor circuit maintenance work to ensure timelines are being kept.
  • Upon request from Xcel, provide reports on any aspect of the vegetation management program captured by Xcel's work studio software.
  • If needed, complete field verification quality assurance reviews of data.
  • Monitor and update expected timelines for various vegetation management work based on circuit data collected by various vendors.

Organizational and Customer Support

  • Assist ACRT groups on projects, as needed.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of client's policies and procedures
  • Communicate client's policy and procedures to the client's customer base in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Answer and handle a heavy volume of phone calls from customers.
  • Each area consists of specific job duties related to the specialization.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Degree or GED
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in office management, office administration, or customer service. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree in administration or communications
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in office management, office administration, or customer service.

Desired Skills:

  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and work independently and as a team
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior management
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgement to make good business decisions.
  • Proficiency in data entry, typing, and basic computer skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)

This role would not be a good fit if you:

  • You do not enjoy working independently.
  • You do not enjoy working in an office setting.
  • You do not enjoy working with computer technology.
  • You struggle with time management and organizing a large amount of information or documents.
  • You do not have the ability to calmly communicate with customer conflicts.

Office

This position is a remote hybrid role, meaning employees may be required to come into the local office on a weekly or as needed basis.

This position has apayof $27 an hour. Actual salaries will vary within the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, performance, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
