Qualifications: ? Valid state teaching certification (Elementary Education or applicable area required). ? Experience working with students with varying academic needs and/or attendance challenges. ? Strong understanding of instructional scaffolding and differentiated support. ? Effective communication and collaboration skills with both children and adults. ? Demonstrated commitment to equity, student well-being, and culturally responsive teaching. ? Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset. Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience working in a Title I school or with students who face barriers to consistent attendance. ? Familiarity with restorative practices and trauma-informed approaches.
