The Dynamics CRM Administrator/Architect will provide ongoing support to the development and use of our Dynamics platform. This role is part system architect, part administrator and part analyst. This role will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of Mansfield's Dynamics platform. The Dynamics Database Admin/Architect will assist in training new users, keep data clean and will work with departmental management to identify and deploy business process improvements using Power Apps and Power BI. Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and data quality of Dynamics CRM records including: Updating, merging, and eliminating duplicate contacts, researching and resolving data discrepancies, managing invalid records, and ensuring contacts are associated with respective companies.
- Responsible for reporting and communication of data accuracy of sales representative, customer and prospect data
- Architect, configure, and implement system changes utilizing PowerApps as requested by the Organization, and follow up with leadership and as necessary for validation.
- Set up new hires with security roles, and coordinates training for users to ensure Dynamics is utilized by new and existing users including Sales, Marketing, Leadership, & Customer Service.
- Attends regular governance meetings with management, support staff and various team members to review upcoming issues, items, and training.
- Build and modify Power BI reports from underlying system data for all levels of sales and management to view
- Develop, manage and communicate daily, weekly and monthly financial and sales activity-based reporting, including sales pipeline reporting and monthly forecasts
- Creates and customizes dashboards, views, reports, and campaigns in Dynamics, including weekly and monthly sales win reporting and ad hoc sales pipeline analysis
- Creates and customizes workflows in CRM to increase automation and efficiency across all users
- Research and suggest options for customizing the system to help grow and evolve, striving to meet the changing needs of the company, keeping up with current trends, utilizing the capabilities of the system
Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or four years equivalent experience
Knowledge & Experience
- Petroleum Industry knowledge preferred
- Minimum of 1-year B2B experience preferably in an analytical type of role
- Minimum of 2-year experience maintaining data, generating reports and extracting data within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Dataverse, Excel on a proficient or expert level
- Knowledge of moving patches or solutions from DEV to QA to PROD with associated troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Power Automate or Workflows in Dynamics
